I have over 20 years of industry experience with a primary focus on residential and boutique commercial projects.

My approach to a project is primarily client centric. My strong communication and organisation skills allow for me to directly engage and extract the underlying design and visions of a client. I firmly believe that a successful design outcome for any project relies on, and is achieved with, three main principals – communication, compassion and collaboration.

I regard sustainability and cultural awareness as a critical part of any design process. I embrace the many ways we can make our projects more inclusive and representative.

My approach to leadership is to be open, honest and to maintain calm communication. I highly value the feedback and collaboration offered within a team environment. I thrive on the interaction and relationship development with both client and project team, and I value connections and understandings learnt from a dealing with a variety of clients and project contributors.

I am particularly interested in how we can encourage and influence behaviours within spaces and how we tell stories and support aspirations through the design journey
